How Can Healthcare Professionals Get New Patients With The Help Of Review Wave Founder Matt Prados

Like in any other industry, healthcare professionals want to get new patients. That is why healthcare providers use various marketing strategies to put their brand in front of potential patients. It is essential to expand their client base since it will have an impact on their bottom line. The more patients who are seeking their service, the higher the possible revenue they can generate.

However, healthcare professionals know that it is easier said than done. Every business today is facing tough competition in the market, and healthcare providers are no exemption. Patients nowadays have more choices than ever before when it comes to their healthcare needs.

Entrepreneur Matt Prados said that automation could help healthcare professionals stand out from the competition and generate more patients in the long run. Matt is the founder of Review Wave, the leading provider of platform reputation management and review marketing. His company built software that can help chiropractors, doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals land more clients through automation. “With the assistance of technology, you can provide the best healthcare experience, and your patients will keep coming back to you,” he shared.

All About Matt Prados

Matt is not new to the healthcare sector since many of his relatives are part of the industry. “I come from a family of chiropractors. About 80 of my relatives are involved in providing chiropractic services. With most of my family members being practitioners, I could say that I have been in the industry my entire life. That is why even though I am not a chiropractor myself, I understand the industry intimately very well,” he explained.

Matt’s entrepreneurship journey began not as the founder of a software company. He started the first of his two companies 12 years ago. It is a digital marketing company that offers AdWords, Facebook ads, conversion optimization, and other digital marketing strategies to chiropractors. “We grew from zero to a million dollars annually, pretty much immediately,” he said.

Several years later, Matt found his second company, Review Wave. It is a software company that assists healthcare professionals in embracing automation to provide a better healthcare experience to their patients. Before Review Wave, Matt had never run a software company. He might not have managed a software company, but he knows the metrics to monitor carefully. He used his experience in running a digital marketing company as the foundation for leading a software company.

“Honestly, I am a non-technical founder, but I have a superpower to talk to developers and geeks and get what I want. My ability to communicate properly is among my greatest advantages. Communication is the basis of all success in everything in life. And I had sales and executive backgrounds, so running my software company was completely new to me,” Matt explained.

Embracing Automation

Matt admitted that many healthcare providers are hesitant about business automation. He explained that they have a misconception that automation will make their business not personal. However, he disagreed with this notion. “I think it is the opposite. The more you automate those nonpersonal things in your business, the more you can be personal the rest of the time,” he argued.

“When you skip automation for your healthcare business, it brings inconvenience to your patients. Several years back, I dug into my clients’ negative feedback to know why some clients get more reviews while others do not. I found out that patients are unhappy at the doctor’s office. Your patient might have difficulty setting an appointment or are annoyed with filling up the multiple pages of the form before they get checked by a doctor. Any inconvenience can result in a bad impression that can lead to lower patient retention,” Matt expounded.

Matt said that several healthcare providers fail to recognize that it is beneficial to automate nonpersonal processes in their business. “Do you need to be personal in scheduling an appointment or filling out the forms? Those are business processes that you can automate so you can focus on the more personal aspect of your business,” Matt pointed out.

The software company founder asserted that automation could make it easier for the existing patient to transact with healthcare providers. It will make a better patient experience that will give them more positive reviews from their patients. Positive reviews are essential in building a good reputation, eventually enticing new patients to tap their services.

Matt Offers A Solution

Matt and his team at Review Wave developed software that can help healthcare providers. “Making the life of your patients easier when transacting with you will benefit your business,” he said. He added that doctors, dentists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals who utilize Review Wave’s software could attest how it provided them with off-the-chart patient experience to people.

“It gave them more positive reviews, which improved their reputation. Most of them started getting new patients for the first time from the Internet because of their reputation. Now, many of them are getting 100 new patients using the software annually,” Matt shared.

One of Review Wave’s clients shared his success story. He said that he usually got an average of 280 new patients every year with marketing efforts. But when he started using Review Wave in 2019, he narrated that things got better. He obtained 307 new patients in 2019 and another 400 new patients in 2020 without any external marketing efforts.

“Our life is a collection of experiences. People will not remember you for what you say but for how you make them feel. Technology is valuable for any healthcare professional because it can provide a better patient experience,” Matt emphasized. One lesson that healthcare providers can learn from Matt is putting patient experience at the core of their business.

Now, it is your time to create a better patient experience. Take the opportunity!
